Information you give us through the website assessment form, WeChat, phone or email, such as your name, contact details, visa situation and any background you choose to share.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, assess your situation and, if you instruct us, to carry out your application.
Confidentiality and disclosure
We treat your personal information as confidential and handle it in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. We will not disclose it without your prior consent, except in the following circumstances.
- When making a complaint to the Immigration Advisers Authority about another adviser, or reporting an alleged offence under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007
- For the administration of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007
- As required by law
Anyone employed or engaged by us is also required to keep your information confidential.
How long we keep it
Client personal information is kept for seven years and will be made available to the Immigration Advisers Authority if requested.
